What is the estimated delivery time?

Delivery times are influenced by product availability, your geographic location - your shipping destination and the courier partner's time-to-deliver in your location.

Please note, some courier partners do not work on Sundays and public holidays, and this may affect the delivery dates.

In general, our standard delivery timelines are:

Metro Cities: 3 to 5 working days

Non-Metro Cities: 6 to 7 working days

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery charge varies with the product you are purchasing.

Charging a nominal delivery charge helps to offset logistics costs.

Please check your order summary to understand the delivery charges for the products.

What happens if I am out when delivery is attempted?

Your order will be delivered to the delivery address you have provided to us. If you weren’t available when the courier partner knocked at your door, two additional delivery attempts will follow on successive days.

When will the deliveries take place?

In general, our courier partner will try to deliver between 9:00hrs and 18:00hrs. It can be challenging to stay at home for all these hours, especially on working days. If you cannot be there at a certain hour, try to ensure that someone else can be at the delivery address to accept the parcel on your behalf.

How will I be notified about my order?

If you have successfully placed an order with us, we will keep you notified at different stages of the journey of your order. An email or SMS will be sent once you've successfully placed your order. We'll also let you know as soon as the item(s) you ordered are despatched to you along with the tracking number(s) for your shipment(s). We’ll send another communication when your package is on its way to be delivered to your specified address.

How will the packaging look like in case of a door delivery?

We ensure highest standards of packaging norms and deliver all our products in highly standardised
Carton Boxes which will enable there are no damages while handling your items.

What to do if my package shows as delivered but I can't find it?

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it:

See if someone else accepted the delivery.

Wait for a few minutes and check at your doorstep/office reception for the arrival of our delivery associates.

Wait until the end of the day - packages may show as delivered while still in transit.

If you are still unable to locate your item, contact our Customer Service via email care@brands.trivenigroup.com or call us on 18002032033. Please note, we will only be able to support you if contacted within 7 days of your package marked as Delivered.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

An order, once placed and confirmed, cannot be cancelled.

What is the Returns Policy?

You will be entitled to a 100% replacement in case you have received goods which are damaged. If your goods contain multiple items, partial replacement is permissible for the damaged goods.

Returns must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving your order by either calling us or sending us an email.

The product must be in an unused state and accompanied by a copy of the original receipt or invoice.

The request for replacement will be raised only after inspection of the damaged products. Upon successful verification, a request for replacement will be raised and you should expect to receive it as per the delivery timelines mentioned when you placed the order.

We will be unable to process returns in the following cases:

  • Returned without original packaging including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
  • Product is damaged due to misuse/mishandling
  • Product is used or altered by customer
  • If request is initiated after 24 hours from date of delivery

How do I initiate a return?
You can send us an email on care@brands.trivenigroup.com or call us on 18002032033 to initiate a return for the order. We will initiate a return pick-up according to the Returns Policy and refund the order value once the product is received back and verified.

How long does the return process take?
Pick-up of the product will be done within 7 working days of you raising a return request. Please keep the product ready and our delivery partner will arrive for pick-up with necessary documentation.

When is the refund policy applicable?

A product becomes eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

If it is received in a damaged state.

If the outer package in which it is received is damaged.

The product must be in an unused state and accompanied by a copy of the original receipt or invoice.

In case of damaged goods, the refund request will be raised after inspecting their state. Once verified and cleared, a refund will be processed into the original mode of payment.

What is the exchange policy?

An order, once placed, cannot be exchanged under any circumstance.

How and when do you get a refund?

We will issue a refund within 7 working days from the date on which we receive your return.

How do you pay for a purchase?

You may use Internet Banking, credit cards, debit cards, UPI or mobile wallets which are allowed for digital payments in India. While availing any of the payment method/s available on the website, we will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you due to: Lack of authorisation for any transaction/s, or payment issues arising out of the transaction, or transaction failure for any other reasons.

You are being charged GST while checkout. What is GST?

GST is a single tax which subsumes everything else like VAT, Excise, Entry tax etc. This is levied on every good or services and must be borne by the consumer. We do not profit in any way from these taxes.

How is the GST amount decided?

When you order from us, the correct GST amount will be collected from you depending on the product category and will be calculated as per applicable tax rates defined by the laws governing the same in India.

If you return/cancel the purchased product, will the GST amount charged be refunded?

Yes, the entire amount would be returned into the source account as per our Returns policy.

What if I used coupon codes or gift card or reward points and I have to cancel the order?
Coupon codes are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.

Do you have an option to replace a product?
No, currently you can only return but not replace. You may place a fresh order for the products you need.
